Our company currently operates several industrial mineral mining and processing projects. The industrial minerals being mined and processed include limestone, marble, feldspar and quartz. Our current projects are located in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and our head office is in Jeddah.

UMIC is a Saudi Arabian private company founded in 2004 by a group of distinguished businessmen and technocrats to pursue opportunities in the non-oil natural resources sector. Based in Jeddah, the commercial center of Saudi Arabia, UMIC currently operates several industrial mineral mining and processing projects. UMIC is known in Saudi Arabia as a reputable and reliable natural resources company, with a well-qualified and specialised team of geologists and engineers.

Our Project

Contrary to popular perception, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is not a land of desert sands, but a land with a diverse range of rocks, in types and ages. The rocks of Saudi Arabia range in age from the Precambrian to the present day. Some Precambrian rocks in this region possibly date back to the Archean (nearly 3 billion years ago) but most are Neoproterozoic (1000-540 Ma).
